Smaller than expected because i was trying to replace my back wrap one but it works well to mold around your knee with the strap that it comes with. Not sure if it helps remove fat but it does make painful knees feel a bit better with the gentle heat. I'm skeptical about these red light therapy claims.

Works great, it is soothing on sore muscles, though the pictures gave the impression it had a battery; it needs to be plugged in while using it. No idea if it is any better than regular heat treatment.
