The package arrived on the first day of the estimated date. It is really a product that feels good quality due to the weight, but the plastic of the lever and the rear buttons, if you pay attention, it really feels like it and they look a little simple, however, it is a very nice control, also the price is worth it because I picked it up on sale, so I assume everything is compensated. I think the most characteristical point are the levers, I saw many comments about them feeling like those of an original Xbox control and really, it's not like that, they feel a little fragile but if you're not one who is pressing the button in the COD every 2 or 3 seconds to do sprint, everything is fine. Yes, my biggest problem was with the courier who never notified me about the delivery of my package, no message or call. I found the package thrown outside the main door of my house.

Great game experience. The control simulates the XBox one, even though it is slightly smaller. The first connection was practically a plugin play, I just need to adjust the back part to indicate the type of connection. I am using it on my computer and it has a great response and precision, both for joystick and screws. I am playing F1 2024 and others, and the precision is very good. I've been using an xbox one elite for years. But this feels just as nice for a quarter of what i paid. So far amazing on pc and switch and i may have to buy more soon if the battery last decently. Easily better than most $200 controllers.

The controller came correctly with few damages in the box, which is normal, but it works perfectly, very responsible and pleasant to use.

The control came without bubble wrap or any 'protection' outside of the box, it did not come damaged, it works super well and in a way intuitive to use, the construction in general is indeed very good, just be careful when configuring in the software, especially in the calibration of the kittens and analog ones. I suggest checking tutorials, but the product itself is great. The delivery was within the estimated timeframe provided by the website.
